Assist in all logistic activities related to clients in coordination with the line manager  

• Complete all registration activities related to housing and conducting an orientation which includes all tariff related policies along with the client  
• Ensure clients are given appropriate medical treatment and in cases of emergency the relevant measures are taken  
• Assist the Resident Case manager in the execution of recreational events for the internal clients  
• Assist in all logistic activities related to clients in coordination with the line manager  
• Oversee the distribution of rooms upon client check-in and check-out  
• Supervise the movement of clients between rooms and keep records of the same  
• Conduct periodic inspections of housing facilities n of rooms upon client check-in and check-out
