Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator based in Dubai. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. They will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, leave, and other benefits.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- HR Management: Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices.
- Benefits Administration: Experience managing employee benefits programs.
- Employee Relations: Excellent skills in handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- HR Policies: Ability to implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Legal Knowledge: Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience: Experience in the UAE and Middle East region is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
