Responsibilities:
- Work in the capacity of a trusted advisor for our customers to gather requirements and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Partner Sales/Account Managers to understand customer pain points and conduct white board network architectural reviews in addition to conducting presentations on Rakuten Symphony’s OSS products (Service Assurance, Site Management and Orchestration).
- Partner with Sales and Product Teams to respond to and own RFP/RFQs.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Support the entire pre-sales and sales process from Prospecting to PO.
- Perform POC, lab trials, product demos, and solutions integration/validation.
- Be responsible and accountable to write the Technical Solution documents for customer engagements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate the progress of new opportunities from the business and technical point of view.
- Participate in webinars and events providing insight into Rakuten OSS Solutions and products.
Collect, document, and prioritize technical constraints, workarounds, and functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- Must-have demonstrable skills & expertise.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on Experience in Telecom OSS Domain for Mobile Operators/Telecommunication Vendors and OSS products (Service Assurance, Site Management and Orchestration).
- Exposure to Public clouds (GCP, Azure, and AWS).
- Experience and thorough understanding of DBaaS, PaaS, IaaS is plus.
