Job Description:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Libera Consultants, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting our clients with their recruitment needs across various verticals including Drilling, Oilfield services, EPC, Maritime, and Defense. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent to help our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
• Project Delivery: Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful placement of candidates.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insights to clients and candidates.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, specifically supporting Drilling, Oilfield services, EPC, and Maritime contractors or international oil companies (IOC) and national oil companies (NOC).
• Middle East experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
