Job Description:

The Senior Civil Engineer plays a leading role in planning, designing, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects. This position involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical expertise to deliver high-quality and sustainable civil engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Develop and analyze complex civil engineering designs for infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, buildings, water systems).

• Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure the safety and stability of structures.

• Prepare detailed construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.

• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure project integration and successful execution.

• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of employment (or actively pursuing licensure).

• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, design practices, and construction methods.

• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, Revit) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome engineering challenges.
