Description:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions that address customer needs and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to provide pre-sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and offer technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, promoting product adoption, and contributing to overall business growth through effective solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our solutions.
• Design and architect complex solutions based on customer needs, integrating with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and feature development based on customer feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the sales cycle, including proof-of-concept and pilot implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve success and maximize the value of our solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role in a technical sales environment.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud computing, software development, networking).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
