Here are the details,

  • Participate in preparing the department’s operational plans, ensuring their consistency with the organization’s strategic objectives, and implementing them according to specialty .  

  • Providing suggestions to improve and develop the procedures, processes and policies of the organizational unit in accordance with the standards followed in the institution and ensuring their implementation.  

  •  Drawing up real estate operations and procedures according to the specialization and tasks assigned to the employee.  

  •  Preparing and collecting data on real estate revenues and current operating expenses and determining the expected impacts on them.  

  •  Reviewing indicators and studies on real estate market variables in managing and leasing real estate and submitting reports on them.  

  •  Preparing monthly periodic reports on the real estate portfolio and making annual comparisons.  

  •  Learn about the best practices regarding the initiatives presented to tenants by other competing entities in the real estate field in order to benefit from them in presenting the organization’s initiatives.  

  •  Preparing and collecting data on real estate projects and everything related to real estate turnover and submitting a report thereon.  

  •  Monitoring the revenues due from leasing on their due dates, re-leasing and renewing lease contracts, and submitting periodic reports.  

  •  Preparing a list of contracts that are late in collecting revenues.  

  •  Follow up on the field control program and its implementation mechanism according to the jurisdiction to ensure that the actual occupancy matches the agreed upon contract terms.  

  •  Implementing recommendations related to increasing the satisfaction and happiness of tenant customers according to the specialization and tasks assigned to the employee.  

  •  Searching for real estate investment opportunities to strengthen the endowment’s real estate portfolio.  

  •  Entering the property data into the electronic system and communicating with the relevant departments to ensure the provision of the necessary services to the property and its residents  

  •  Communicating with the relevant authorities to overcome obstacles in the event that the Foundation wishes to demolish and reconstruct an old property  

  •  Applying and implementing policies, procedures and systems for managing customer services and customer happiness in accordance with the specialization and tasks assigned to the employee.  

  •  Reviewing the presentation, participating in holding internal meetings in accordance with the directives, presenting internal workshops to the organization’s employees, and explaining all the services and procedures provided in accordance with the specialization and tasks assigned to the employee.  

  •  Prepare presentation for internal meetings as directed.  

  •  Perform any other tasks as directed.  

  •   Self-development through participation in internal and external training courses and workshops.  

  •   Presenting innovative and creative ideas and proposals that look forward to the future, aiming to keep pace with potential changes through the continuous development of practices in pursuit of achieving strategic goals and raising the level of service provided by the institution.  

  •   Preparing for institutional excellence awards and quality policies and ensuring that all necessary excellence requirements are provided.  

     

Qualifications  

-Master's degree does not require experience.   
-Bachelor's degree requires two years of real estate management experience.
