Job Purpose: 

• Manage all aspects of developing and directing the right of way inspection efforts in developer areas and free zones, including supervising procedures, property, and works progress, and managing all relevant requirements of the section to support the main objectives of the Department in providing the best services to the Emirate of Dubai. As Acting Director, manage the department responsibilities and fulfil requirements. 

   

Key Results Accountabilities: 

• Provide support and participate in the strategic planning for the Department, including mapping projects, implementation, and supervision mechanisms. 

   

• Establish systems and procedures at all levels of inspection functions to meet or exceed internal and external customers' needs and expectations. 

   

• Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) and implement technical and administrative systems in the directorate, including preparing and monitoring the yearly internal quality audit schedule, controlling all QMS documentation, monitoring customer satisfaction/feedback, and KPIs. 

   

• Develop budgets, schedules, and action plans for the various elements of inspection works. 

   

• Provide leadership and management regarding inspection activities within the right of way of developer areas and free zones in the Emirate of Dubai. 

   

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university 

   

Skills: 

• 7 years of relevant work experience 

   

• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes . 

   

• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications. 

   

• Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
