Responsibilities:

Identify trends and patterns in incidents to proactively identify potential risks and prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, maintenance) to implement corrective actions and improve system reliability.
Stay up-to-date on transportation system regulations, safety protocols, and incident investigation best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in transportation engineering, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in transportation operations, dispatch, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of complex transportation incidents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct interviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and present findings effectively.
