JOB PURPOSE
Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Automated Collection Systems Department in all areas of clearing and settlement by conducting all studies and analyzing operations, financial and non-financial procedures for the department in accordance with the approved standards and the regulations followed in accounting affairs.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare and submit monthly analysis of discrepancies and differences in financial reconciliation operations.
Supervising the system upgrade phase in Accounts Based Ticketing of financial matters and other procedure in terms of ensuring the correctness of registration and bank reconciliations, accelerating the implementation and follow up the process, working to improve the efficiency of employees for the next phase, and preparing the financial procedures for the commercialization project.
Prepare and analysis the periodic reports of financial transactions and the accuracy in financial systems.
Review all agreements relating to the procedures of financial transactions.
Analyze collected revenue reports and manage the accounting team's data using the financial system, entering, and organizing all accounts, adjustments, and monthly accrual information.
Leading, auditing and processing financial transactions phase of the systems used to collect revenues and verify their validity to issue the required reports and to make financial adjustments and follow up collection within the specified period.
