Understanding Authorized Job Sources on Hirings Online
Learn how Hirings Online validates employer listings, partner feeds, and external apply links before jobs are published.
Hirings Online publishes jobs from employers who post directly on the platform and from authorized external sources that meet our quality checks. Every listing is expected to include a real apply path, meaningful description text, and accurate employer information.
Authorized sources may include employer career pages, partner feeds, and approved listings submitted through our agent import workflow. Imported jobs keep source metadata such as the original URL and external reference ID so listings can be reviewed, updated, or removed when the source changes.
We reject incomplete, expired, misleading, or suspicious postings before publication. Jobs that lack enough detail, contain spam-like language, or point to unsafe destinations should not be submitted. This protects candidates and keeps the marketplace useful.
Candidates should still review each opportunity carefully. Check the employer website, confirm the apply link, and avoid sharing sensitive information with unknown third parties. If a listing looks outdated or inaccurate, use the contact page to report it.
For employers, the best long-term strategy is to maintain accurate company information, publish complete descriptions, and respond to applicants promptly. Quality listings perform better in search, earn stronger candidate trust, and create a better experience for everyone using the platform.
