Job Posting Policy

Effective date: May 19, 2026

Hirings Online is designed to publish useful, accurate, and current job information for candidates and employers. This policy explains the standards we use for job listings and imported job content.

Real And Current Opportunities

Every job should describe a real, active hiring opportunity. Listings should include a clear title, company or hiring source, description, location or remote status, application method, deadline when available, and enough detail for candidates to decide whether to apply.

Authorized Sources Only

Employers and partners must have the right to publish or submit the job content they provide. AI-assisted or automated imports are accepted only from authorized sources and must include source metadata so duplicates and outdated listings can be controlled.

Not Allowed

We may reject or remove listings that are fake, expired, duplicated, misleading, copied without authorization, discriminatory, adult, unsafe, malware-related, spam, pyramid schemes, unpaid bait offers, or jobs that require unlawful fees from candidates.

Quality And Moderation

We may edit formatting, remove broken links, expire old listings, reject incomplete submissions, or remove content that creates a poor user experience. Jobs created by an authorized agent are validated before publication and may be updated when the original source changes.

Applications And External Links

Job posts must provide a legitimate way to apply. External application URLs should lead to the employer, recruiter, or authorized source page for that job and should not mislead candidates or collect unnecessary information.

Reporting Problems

If you find an inaccurate, expired, suspicious, or unauthorized listing, please contact us through the Contact page so we can review it.
