How the gross-to-net salary calculator works
The calculator first converts annual, monthly, weekly, or hourly pay into an annual gross salary. It then applies the selected country model, subtracts the deductions covered by that model, and displays estimated annual, monthly, and weekly take-home pay.
Use it when comparing job offers
A higher gross salary does not always produce the same increase in net salary. Tax bands, social contributions, filing status, and local payroll rules can change the amount received. Use the result as a starting point when comparing jobs, negotiating compensation, or planning relocation.
